1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are accepted if:
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product is unusable.
- The product is not the same as the model ordered.
- To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories.
2. Return Process

- Our support team will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your return has been inspected and approved.
- Please note: depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Restocking Fees
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
5. Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
